Vedanta Amritam has been set up by the disciples of Swami Paramarthananada. None of this knowledge belongs to us and with all humility we acknowledge that it has been possible for us to share these teachings only due to the unbounded grace of the Guru Parampara.

We place our eternal gratitude at the lotus feet of our living Guru, Swami Paramarthananda and dedicate all teachings to him. We pray his blessings always guide us.

Head Teacher

Ravi Easwaran

Ravi Easwaran, the head teacher of Vedanta Amritam while teaching at Sivananda Ashram

The son of a prominent mystic Sri Eknath Easwaran, Acharya Ravi always had spirituality as a part of his life. He came to classical Advaita Vedanta and adopted this as his style when he met his teacher Swami Paramarthananda (who is a direct disciple of late Swami Dayananda Saraswati). He was a commercial investment banker till 2010 after which he quit the corporate sector to dedicate his time to the traditional teachings of Yoga. Shri Easwaran is also a qualified yoga Acharya from Sivananda Ashram and is an active senior visiting faculty.
